These terms apply to social media strategy and content services offered under the name SocialRise by Himanshu. The full legal name or registered entity name and public business address must be added before launch.

2. Services and orders

The website describes services such as profile audits, content planning, brand and bio refreshes, short-form video concepts, and strategy support. Exact deliverables, price, currency, applicable taxes, and estimated delivery timeline will be confirmed with you in writing on WhatsApp before an order is accepted.

Selecting a package opens a WhatsApp message draft; it does not place or confirm an order by itself. You need to send the message. An order is accepted only when we confirm the agreed scope and payment arrangements in writing. This website does not take payments or automatically create an order.

3. Payment

Payment instructions and the final amount will be confirmed directly with you before work begins. Do not send payment details, passwords, or one-time verification codes in a WhatsApp message. A payment alone does not change the agreed service scope or delivery terms.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and materials needed for the agreed service.
• Make sure you have permission to share any content, images, trademarks, or other materials you provide.
• Review your deliverables and tell us promptly if an agreed item appears to be missing.
• Do not share social media passwords or account access. Our listed services do not require them.

5. Delivery and results

We will deliver the agreed work using the method and estimated timeline confirmed with you, usually by email or WhatsApp. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee follower counts, reach, engagement, sales, or any particular platform outcome.

6. Intellectual property

You remain responsible for materials you provide. Once the agreed fee has been paid, you may use the custom deliverables we create for your own business and social media presence. We retain ownership of our pre-existing templates, processes, and general know-how. Any third-party materials remain subject to their own terms.

7. Cancellations, refunds, and consumer rights

Read our Cancellation and Refund Policy for the process and your stated refund terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Liability and applicable law

We will provide the confirmed service with reasonable care. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for third-party platform outages, account decisions, or outcomes that depend on algorithms or actions outside our control. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rules.

9. Changes and questions
